Flourly ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Flourly, a mobile application developed by Automated Software Systems LLC, collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our iOS application and related services.

By accessing and using Flourly, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the provisions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Application.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Email Address — account creation, authentication, and communication
• Business Name — to personalize your experience and content generation
• Business Category — to tailor AI-generated content recommendations
• Content Preferences — tone, style, platforms, and content topics
• Account Profile Information — any additional profile details you choose to add

1.2 Payment Information

Processed through RevenueCat and Apple In-App Purchases. We do not directly collect or store credit card information; payment data is handled by Apple and RevenueCat according to their privacy policies. We store subscription status and billing cycle information.

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information — device model, OS version, unique device identifiers
• Usage Data — features accessed, content generated, scheduling activity
• Log Data — crash reports and diagnostic information via Sentry
• Location — we do not collect precise location; general location may be inferred from IP

1.4 AI-Generated Content Metadata

We collect content prompts, business details, preferences, and records of generated content. This data is used to improve your experience and personalize future recommendations. All AI generation is processed through our secure backend — your data is never sent directly to third-party AI providers from your device.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Creating and maintaining your account; authentication and security
• Providing AI content generation, scheduling, and analytics features
• Sending transactional emails (welcome, password reset, account confirmations)
• Analyzing usage to improve features and fix issues
• Protecting against fraud, abuse, and security threats
• Complying with legal obligations
• Sending promotional content — only if you opt in; you can opt out at any time

3. Third-Party Service Providers

• Supabase — backend, authentication, database (privacy policy)
• OpenAI — AI content generation via our secure backend (privacy policy)
• Sentry — crash reporting and diagnostics (privacy policy)
• RevenueCat — subscription management (privacy policy)
• Apple App Store — app distribution and in-app purchases (privacy policy)

4. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where required by law. Backups may persist for up to 90 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

5. Your Rights

• Access — view your account and generated content within the app
• Correction — update your profile and preferences in app settings
• Deletion — delete your account and all data via Settings → Delete Account. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Opt-Out — unsubscribe from marketing emails via app settings or email unsubscribe link
• California (CCPA/CPRA) — right to know, delete, and opt out of sale of personal information. We do not sell your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Data Security

We use TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit, secure authentication via Supabase, row-level security on all database tables, and access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel. No security system is completely secure — you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials.

7. No Sale of Data

Flourly does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is shared only with the service providers listed above, when required by law, or in the event of a business transfer (with advance notice).

8. Children's Privacy

Flourly is intended for users aged 17 and older. It is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us at automatedsoftwaresystemsllc@gmail.com immediately.

9. International Data Transfer

Flourly is operated in the United States. If you are located outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted within the app and sent to your registered email address. Continued use of Flourly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
