Flourly ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Flourly, a mobile application developed by Automated Software Systems LLC, collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our iOS or Android application and related services.
By accessing and using Flourly, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the provisions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Application.
Processed through RevenueCat and the applicable app store. We do not directly collect or store credit card information; payment data is handled by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat according to their privacy policies. We store subscription status and billing cycle information.
We collect content prompts, business details, preferences, and records of generated content. This data is used to improve your experience and personalize future recommendations. All AI generation is processed through our secure backend — your data is never sent directly to third-party AI providers from your device.
When you choose to connect Flourly through Facebook Login for Business, Flourly receives only the Meta permissions and business assets you approve. Depending on your selections, this may include your Meta user ID; the IDs, names, categories, and profile images of Facebook Pages you manage; the ID, username, profile information, follower count, media count, and recent media of a linked Instagram Business or Creator account; recent organic Facebook Page posts and available aggregate engagement metrics; and access tokens required to perform the approved actions.
Flourly uses this information to display the Facebook Page and Instagram professional account you selected, show recent business content and available aggregate engagement inside Flourly, personalize content recommendations, and publish a specific post to the selected account only after you explicitly tap the applicable publish button and confirm the action. Flourly does not use these permissions to post to personal Facebook profiles, manage comments or messages, or publish automatically or on a schedule.
Meta access tokens are stored only on Flourly's access-controlled server-side infrastructure and are not exposed to the mobile application. Raw Meta profile, media, Page-post, and engagement responses are processed as needed to provide the connected experience and recommendations and are not sold. For Instagram publishing, a selected image may be placed temporarily at a public URL so Meta can retrieve it during media-container creation; temporary publishing objects are removed or expire under Flourly's retention controls.
You can disconnect Meta at any time in Flourly Settings. Disconnecting removes Flourly's stored Meta connection and tokens. You can also remove Flourly through Meta's Business Integrations settings. Meta connection data is also removed when you delete your Flourly account or when Flourly receives a valid Meta data-deletion request.
We retain your data while your account is active. Meta connection tokens are retained only while the connection is active and are deleted when you disconnect Meta, delete your Flourly account, or Flourly receives a valid Meta data-deletion callback. Temporary Instagram publishing media is retained only as long as operationally necessary for Meta to retrieve it and is then removed or expired under Flourly's retention controls. After account deletion, other personal data is removed within 30 days, except where required by law. Backups may persist for up to 90 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
We use TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit, secure authentication via Supabase, row-level security on all database tables, and access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel. No security system is completely secure — you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials.
Flourly does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is shared only with the service providers listed above, when required by law, or in the event of a business transfer (with advance notice).
Flourly is intended for users aged 17 and older. It is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us at automatedsoftwaresystemsllc@gmail.com immediately.
Flourly is operated in the United States. If you are located outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted within the app and sent to your registered email address. Continued use of Flourly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
